We've been given the opportunity to team up with Father's Love, and go out into the community of Jacksonville, Texas, to assist in the rebuilding and restoring of homes while also ministering the love of Christ to the families. Father's Love is a ministry, supported by World Challenge, which provides a haven for children of the community, including a recreational center, a bible lesson, mentors, and a hot meal. God has opened the door in the community of Jacksonville to allow Father's Love to reach out not only to the children, but now also their families and into their homes. BrickThink will assist Father's Love by sending teams to work alongside their staff in painting, cleaning, building, and restoring the homes of the community.

The ministry of working in the homes of the community of Jacksonville will be an ongoing task. As Christ opens the doors for his love to be poured out, Father's Love and BrickThink will step in and play their part by being the tool which is used to see that love manifested.
A team of 8 traveled to Jacksonville, Texas during September 2010. While there, they worked on 8 different homes, assisting in projects ranging from painting and siding a house to building new decks/porches.
